This is major criminal offense, impersonating a government official- an FBI Director at that. Interestingly, the scammer isn't giving any other details on how to contact him other than the email address: jege001@sbcglobal.net. What's more incredulous about this email is the scammer is warning against fraudulent people while the email in itself is fraudulent... Beware!

Always investigate first. Typing names, phone numbers and address on Google search to verify the information is as easy as 1-2-3 these days- there's really no excuse for one to fall into the trap of scammers...
