This email does not make sense at all. The scammer gave an address and phone numbers in Michigan which turn out false as expected. This is clear and obvious scam, don't fall for it. Always investigate first. Typing names, phone numbers and address on Google search to verify the information is as easy as 1-2-3 these days- there's really no excuse for one to fall into the trap of scammers...
