Invitation for Partnership Email Scam From Michael Shabalala of South Africa
Time and time again, it makes us wonder how these emails end up in our inboxes and NOT on our spam/junk folder! How can these people beat the system of Google, Yahoo, MSN among others??
Surely you can not pass this email below as legit! It has very poor grammar and lots of misspellings. The writer never bothered to use spell check to make it more "believable." Please continue to be vigilant! We include the full header when available so when people search an IP or email address or other pertinent data, the scam email will show up on search results.

This money was deposited in a box as germ stones to avoid exposure since the security company is not authorized to keep cash in custody. This amount was meant for the purchase of new machines and chemicals for the farms and established of new farm in Swaziland .
This land problem came when Zimbabwean President Mr. Robert Mugabe introduce a new Land Act reform which wholly affected the rich white farmers and some few blacks farmers that are not in support of the new act. And this resulted to the killing and mob action by Zimbabwean war veterans and some lunatics in the society. In fact, a lot of people were killed because of this land reformed Act for which my father was one of the victim.
It is against this background that, I and my family who are currently staying in South Africa decided to transfer the said money to foreign account since the laws of South Africa prohibit a refugee (asylum seeker) to open any bank account or to be involved in any financial transaction
throughout the territorial zone South Africa, coupled with the tight relationship between Mugabe and South African president. I am saddle with the responsibility of seeking a genuine foreign account where this money could be transferred without the knowledge of my government who are bent on taking everything we have got. The South African government seems to be playing along with them. I am faced with the dilemma of investing this amount of money in South Africa for fear of going through the same experience in future since both countries have similar political history.

When we are preparing to leave, I found a file that was containing depository documents of a huge amount of money with one of the Security Company in South Africa for purchasing of agricultural equipment's and chemicals before his date occur. Some money was kept which amounted to 12million dollars. On our arrival to the Republic of South Africa where we issued an asylum permit (Refugee), which by there Government law does not allow us of immediate claim and right due to our political status as Asylum seeker.
I was advice to get an overseas firm whom will assist me to move this money out of South Africa , since we are not permitted at the present to self claim of the money and for the fact that my late husband has a foreign co-business associate. If you consider this proposal, we will give you 25% of the total sum for helping us to move this money out to your country and 75% will be for me and my family to invest in your country in any lucrative business of our choice.

This money was meant for the purchase of a new machines and chemicals for the farms and establishment of new farms in Swaziland . Before his death, He was a Major Share Holder of companies in Zimbabwe . After my Husband died, we moved to South Africa and deposited this money in a security company in a box as valuables belonging to our foreign partner pending when we see somebody that will assist us transfer this fund to any oversea account and for the safety of our family.
We are presently in South Africa as Refugee (Asylum Seekers) and as such, the law of South Africa does not permit us to operate or open any bank account here in South Africa or to be involved in any financial transaction with the bank. That is why we contacted you to assist us in this transaction.
