Please do not contact any of the names listed below. These emails are known scams proliferating on the internet and this blog exposes such kind. We are not responsible nor liable for untoward misfortunes, eg. theft of identity happening as a result of contacting these people.

Fake Email Scam from 'Rosaline Mentrone' of "Fidel Securities Inc"

Be wary of anybody who would send you a note that starts with "Hello Dear" when you do not know the person. Furthermore when it ends with "My Good friend" when you're not friends with the person. Also, stay clear from anyone who still misspells "receive" in a supposed formal letter. Ever heard of spell check?

We googled "Rosaline Mentrone" and "Fidel Securities Inc" and neither one has online records of any kind. If you are in fact dealing with a legitimate contact, they should have an online presence of some sort. There were none here.

The letter also sounded like we already had previous contact with her when this is her first email to us. We were almost curious to check on the phone number and actually call but we don't have the time to play along if someone would answer. Perhaps a reader here might be brave enough to confront this person. Please be aware though. Do not fall into the trap! This is a scam email.
